1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 (14 oz can) pumpkin
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/16 teaspoon salt
3 cups quick oats
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
- Slightly spray a two-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Combine all the ingredients except the flour and butter in a bowl.
- Fold in the oats.
- Pour mixture into baking dish.
- Refrigerate the mixture overnight.
- Combine the flour and butter. Mix until the mixture is crumbly.
- Sprinkle the flour mixture on top of the oatmeal mixture.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake until slightly golden. This will take about 30 minutes.
